to be a writer

to play a musical instrument better (i can play some things by ear kind of lamely)

something that didn't taste too boozy and had a retro flair

tends to be pretty glass half empty

it's been so long since i first encountered you on glitter that i barely recall a "first impression" other than you being a cool crafty chick.

i lean toward the scary side.

thinner thighs sans cellulite

i like glass bottles when you can find them, but my favorite pop, Vernors, does not really come in them anymore, so cans. If you mean big 2L bottles, definitely no!!

have a day out at the spa, but some jeans, then put the rest away in the bank for the moment til I could use it to move.

27) What's your favorite place to hang at?
i haven't really established a "hang out" place since we moved, so i guess it's home. that's kind of sad.

28) Do you believe in ghosts?
some variety of spirit life, yes. Haunty-spooky on Halloween, not really.

Read

frustrated (at the moment)

i think it's out there, i haven't really encountered it as yet for myself

I actually am liking Chicago but I would like to be in the city. It would also be nice to be able to afford to live in California and be near my best friend.

Yes. My B.O.B. and I have been exclusive for years. :D

To be an actress

3) What talent do you wish you had?
Flying. But realistically, dancing.

Sadly, milk. I am not supposed to drink alcohol anymore because of my meds. But when I did, it would either be a Guinness or a glass of Shiraz, depending on the context.

Carrot

A little of column A, a little of column B. I'm mostly optimistic, but inside I sure have some really dark, pessimistic thoughts.

14) Worst thing to ever happen to you?
Tough one. Acute event: at the time, it was my first breakup. Although it ended up being the best thing for me, I was the most depressed I have ever been at any one time. But perhaps my RA diagnosis is the worst life-changing event that is justifiably the worst thing that has happened to me.

I have a freckle on my right eye.

Two cats: Rhiannon and Connor

After apologizing profusely about its lack of cleanliness, I'd invite you in for a chat.

Tough decision. Either when the toilet paper roll is upside down, or when people try to enter an elevator before letting people inside exit. Probably the latter.

See answer for #12. I believe that it exists, sure. Based on my past experiences, though, there's a part of me that feels that romance is just the candy coating that eventually dissolves away, revealing a core of dishonesty and selfishness. 1) Are you currently in a serious relationship? Married for 25 years is about as serious as you can get :-)

2) What was your dream growing up? To be a meterologist.

3) What talent do you wish you had? Music...wish I could sing or play the drums, but unfortunately any time I get musically enthusiastic, it tends to just attract the neighborhood cats.

4) If I bought you a drink what would it be? I'm a beer and wine kind of gal, and not overly picky once you get beyond the Coors Light sort of brands. Like Corona is cool.

5) Favorite vegetable? Aspargus.

6) What was the last book you read? A Son of the Circus (John Irving)
